"I recently changed my homeowners to Chaira State Farm Insurance but my Mortgage Company did not make the payment. I spoke with Monica and she took care of everything. She is very knowageable and took control of my problem by contacting my Bank and sent them the information they needed as I was still on the phone. They said they would make the payment. Monica was the person I dealt with when I changed companies as she was able to explain everything to me and for me to understand. Then and now she seems to have tremendous knowledge and is able to get everything handled. Thanks Monica!"

"Irma and staff are great! I've been with this office for almost 20years. I recently came into the office heated because my auto policy had been cancelled and my vehicle registration suspended due to the cancellation. Apparently I missed a payment and they had sent me reminder emails and text messages well before the registration suspension. Irma and her staff were able to write up a new policy and get me insured right away. Not only was I embarrassed at my bad attitude, but also embarrassed that this was my fault. Irma and staff remained professional (even after I had not) and for that, I am grateful. The new policy ended up being $200 cheaper as well. Irma also made sure I was signed up for email and text alerts on the new policy so that this wouldn't happen again. They printed out a Binder for me to take to ADOT to make sure everything gets squared away with the state. This experience (humbling on my part) will keep me with Irma's office. "After more than 15 years with Irma, she dropped us ~ we were on our honeymoon and came home to find our kitchen under 6” of water - the refrigerator water line had burst. We were obviously devastated. Our home insurance covered our losses. Not 3 years later we had ANOTHER catastrophic event in our home, again had nothing to do with us. Because of our 2 VERY upsetting issues, and without ANY NOTICE, Irma dropped us. Please don’t think Irma will be loyal to you, even if you are loyal to her."
